🦁 Bamboo, Paper and Creativity — Bring a Lion Lantern to Life!
The second event of the “Yau Tsim Mong Multicultural · National Day Traditional Crafts Workshop Series” — the Lion Dance Lantern Workshop — is now open for registration! 🏮
From paper and framework building to shaping and decorating, you’ll create your own lion dance-inspired lantern filled with Hong Kong festive character. Along the way, you’ll learn about the basic structure and techniques of traditional paper crafting and discover how lion dance culture connects with local festive traditions.
Whether you’re curious about traditional paper craft or simply enjoy making something with a cultural touch, you’re very welcome to join us. Create alongside people from different backgrounds and discover the charm of Hong Kong’s traditional craftsmanship, one piece of bamboo and paper at a time. ✨
